Overview
Under general supervision and according to established procedures performs technical tasks to support pharmacy automated systems, dispensing, and distribution including all Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADC) and drug dispensing and distribution systems.
Responsibilities
Perform technical tasks to support pharmacy automated systems, dispensing, and distribution in accordance with established procedures. Support ADCs and related drug dispensing and distribution systems.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred and three to five years of related work experience.
- Registration and licensure that meets the requirements of the NJ Board of Pharmacy is required.
- Must be certified by an organization recognized by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
- Hospital pharmacy experience is required.
