The role partners with leaders across the organization to manage access requests, maintain data integrity, support compliance efforts, and provide confidential reporting and investigative support to ensure a secure and efficient access experience for patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience using business software applications, including Microsoft Office.

Role Description The Coordinator Access Control is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Asheville area. Leads the daily administration and support of access control operations, ensuring secure and efficient access management for colleagues, providers, contractors, and visitors. Partners with leaders across the organization to manage access requests, maintain data integrity, support compliance efforts, and provide confidential reporting and investigative support. Plays a critical role in delivering a seamless access experience while supporting organizational security, operational excellence, and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience using business software applications, including Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience administering or supporting electronic access control systems and credentialing programs.
• Experience working with access management software, badge issuance processes, and access governance procedures.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, security, facilities, or operations environment.
• Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and supporting audits or investigations.
