Job summary

Sony Music Publishing is seeking an A&R Administrative Coordinator to support the A&R department with daily operations, reporting, and travel logistics. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day department operations and administrative initiatives.
  • Serve as point of contact, directing inquiries and actions.
  • Generate and distribute department reports and tracking documents.
  • Maintain SMP systems and organize audio files and materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare reimbursement documentation.
