Job Summary

The Experiential Learning Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support for the Standardized Patient (SP) Program, Simulation Teams, and Simulation Facilities. This role is responsible for budget oversight, purchasing approvals, financial tracking, human resources support, and administrative coordination. Working closely with the leadership team, faculty, and staff, the position helps ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strongknowledgeofbudgetdevelopment,financialmanagement,and analysis.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft365(Teams,SharePoint, Excel,Word,PowerPoint); familiarity with content management and survey tools.
  • Excellent writtenandverbalcommunicationskills.
  • Ability towork independently andcollaboratively,managemultiple priorities,andmeet deadlines.
  • Strongorganizationalskills withthe ability tocoordinate anddelegate tasks. Commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
