Now hiring for a Manufacturing Coordinator
Location: Oakdale, MN
Pay Rate: $23.50 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am-4:30 pm

This position will provide coverage for a temporary medical leave and is ideal for candidates with experience in printing, manufacturing, production planning, job scheduling, or related operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, printing, production planning, scheduling, or related experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with experience using spreadsheets and business software
• Advanced knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Coordinator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
