Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to investment teams (Primary Strategies and ECM).
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Support Head of Trading and investment professionals with day-to-day workflow management.
  • Assist with IPO-related projects and research organization.
  • Synthesize information and identify updates, deadlines, and priorities for team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and organize data, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
  • Support client-facing communications and stakeholder interactions.
  • Use Excel and AI tools to analyze information and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage special projects and ad hoc initiatives with leadership and business operations teams.

Job description

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Coordinator to support a dynamic investment team within a rapidly growing hedge fund. This is a high-exposure investment support and operations role working closely with the Head of Trading, analysts, and investment professionals focused on IPOs and equity capital markets activity. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, client-facing, and eager to learn the investment process while serving as a strategic partner across scheduling, projects, data analysis, and workflow management.

Hours are generally 8:00/8:30am-5:30/6:00pm with flexibility for overtime as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Primary Strategies and ECM teams

  • Strong Excel proficiency required
  • Interest in investment management, capital markets, IPOs, and financial markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits
  • $120K-$140K base salary + discretionary annual bonus
