Job summary

Nationwide-Children is seeking a supervisor to lead Care Coordinators and Care Navigators serving children and families with complex needs. You will ensure timely coordination, training, and trauma-informed care across TCFSH programs, guiding staff through crises and improving service delivery.

You will monitor metrics, support organizational initiatives, and promote collaborative, equitable care while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counselling, public health, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Licensure (e.g., LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) is preferred.

Overview:Job Description Summary:Leads a team of Care Coordinators/Care Managers who serve children, adults, and families experiencing abuse, violence, trauma, and other complex psychosocial needs.
