Akkodis is seeking a CMM Programmer for a contract role in Springdale, OH. The candidate will operate and maintain CMM equipment to inspect aerospace components, ensuring conformance to engineering specs and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading parts, probes and fixtures, executing complex measurement programs, interpreting data, and reporting issues. Proficiency with Wenzel and Renishaw systems and PC-DMIS or MODUS is essential; UCC Server experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training; an Associate degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Proven experience inspecting tight-tolerance aerospace components and working with complex part geometries.
• Experience with PC-DMIS or MODUS and UCC Server
• Hands-on expertise with complex CMM setups and proficiency using Wenzel and Renishaw CMM systems.

Our client is seeking a CMM Programmer for a Contract with a client in Springdale, OH. The ideal candidate willoperate and maintain CMM equipment to perform precise dimensional inspections on aerospace components, ensuring quality standards are met.

Rate Range: $35/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

CMM Programmer Responsibilities include:

• Operate and set up CMM equipment to perform accurate dimensional inspections on aerospace components.
• Load parts, probes, and fixtures safely while following established quality and safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections on tight-tolerance parts and complex geometries to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
