SG Aesthetics NY seeks a warm, organized Patient Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY. Be the face of a premier aesthetics practice, guiding patients from inquiry to treatment day in a fast-paced, beauty-forward environment.

You will manage calls, scheduling, patient education, records, and billing inquiries, while coordinating with clinical staff to ensure exceptional service and confident, personalized care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in patient coordination or medical receptionist
• Background in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person consultations
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits
• Educate prospective patients on available aesthetic treatments and services
• Manage patient records, intake forms, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support treatment conversion by building rapport and addressing patient questions and concerns
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery
• Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and financing options
