Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking skilled craft personnel for form work of fixtures using metal and wood. Candidates will interpret drawings, plan activities, and perform independent work under supervision.

Roles include Journeyman, Certified Journeyman with NCCER credentials, and Leadman providing guidance to crews while assisting Foreman. Safety and project rules compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent may be required with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds cooling tower structures using required tools and materials.
• Examines blueprints or plans to determine material requirements and dimensions.
• Loads and hauls job material to the work site.
• Prepares layout of forms or fixtures to be fabricated.
• Measures and marks materials; cuts to size with saws and planes.
• Verifies accuracy with transit, plumb bob, square and level.
