Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant license or equivalent industry experience.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Interpersonal skills, reliability, professionalism.
• Team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Rely on direction to accomplish goals and perform a number of work-related tasks.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers and communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work according to company guidelines for scheduled maintenance and implement Field Change Notices.
• Maintain safety guidelines, wear PPE, and adhere to safety rules.
