Job summary

Accuracy Personnel is seeking a Cooler Receiving Supervisor to lead the Receiving Department on the 3rd shift in Brighton, CO. You will supervise the department, assign work, and support warehouse operations to meet safety, sanitation, quality, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate has warehouse supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Receiving Department and receiving office clerks.
• Assign work, schedule breaks and shifts, and assist with performance evaluations.
• Support warehouse associates with policies, procedures, and guidance.
• Address customer concerns and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards are maintained.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Monitor productivity and quality and coach for success.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support goals.
• Remain flexible to assist other departments as needed.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: COOLER RECEIVING SUPERVISOR IN BRIGHTON, CO

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Cooler Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Brighton, CO. This leadership role is responsible for supervising the Receiving Department during 3rd shift, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring associates meet safety, sanitation, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and experience working with warehouse management systems.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $57,748 to $60,000/yearly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Brighton, CO

(Salary range based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Receiving Department and receiving office clerks
• Assign work, schedule breaks and shifts, and assist with employee performance evaluations
• Support warehouse associates with policies, procedures, and operational guidance
• Address customer concerns, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve issues promptly
• Ensure sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards are maintained throughout the warehouse and office areas
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Monitor productivity and quality standards while coaching associates for success
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support operational goals
• Remain flexible to assist other departments and shifts as business needs require
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferred
• Wholesale or distribution industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce and work effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
