Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. seeks an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day warehouse, cooler, and distribution activities. You will direct supervisors, coordinate with sales, distribution, and customer service to maintain inventory accuracy and timely load-outs, while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will optimize processes, oversee budgeting, and drive cost control. Strong communication and problem-solving across departments are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, supply chain and logistics, or related curriculum.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a warehouse, cooler, distribution, production, logistics, or related environment with supervisory experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate department activities in a safe, organized environment.
• Coordinate load out schedules with in-house distribution and outside contractors.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with departments to maximize efficiency and minimize issues.
• Ensure procedures for production efficiency, product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote safety policies and continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and employee relations with HR.
