Job summary

dfa is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to directly supervise and guide warehouse/cooler staff, coordinating with production, sales, and customer service to maintain inventory and on-time load-out. You will enforce safety rules and ensure food safety and quality compliance across shifts.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in business or related logistics field, 2-5 years supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Some roles may require certifications or licenses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, supply chain and logistics, or related curriculum.
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, cooler, distribution, production, logistics, or related environment with leadership attributes
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign and monitor work and provide clear direction to warehouse/cooler employees.
• Coordinate work to ensure outgoing trailers/trucks are loaded accurately and on time.
• Determine finished product quantities and communicate needs to production.
• Monitor incoming loads and invoices to identify discrepancies and work with vendors to resolve them.
• Ensure procedures are followed so finished products are loaded accurately.
• Promote safe work behaviors and enforce safety rules and regulations.
