Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a vending equipment technician to deliver, set up, move, and exchange vending equipment at customer accounts while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. You will load/unload machines, complete daily safety reports, coordinate with dispatch, set cooler temperatures, educate customers on operation, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Prior forklift experience is preferred in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Ability to do heavy lifting daily and operate equipment.

Summary

Responsible for delivering, setting up, moving, and exchanging vending equipment in customer accounts and other outlets. while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, exchange, and move vending equipment
• Complete safety vehicle reports on a daily basis
• Load and unload vending machines for delivery and/or return
• Communicates with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors regarding delivery and pick-up status
• Set coolers, which involves setting shelves, temperature, and checking refrigeration
• Educate customers in the operation of equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years of general work experience required
• Prior work experience with moving equipment preferred
• Previous vending equipment repair and distribution a plus
• Ability to do heavy lifting daily
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
• Current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Forklift certification preferred
• Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card
