Core-Mark seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor-Cooler/Freezer to oversee daily operations in Scranton. You will manage a team of warehouse associates and ensure accurate handling of inventory in a cold environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team of associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the assigned production shift.
• Supervises a team of warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and perform their duties effectively.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift; ensures orders are loaded in proper stop sequence on the truck and trailer and completes required paperwork.
• Ensure all products received are stocked properly and FIFO procedures are followed for stock rotation.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic; ensures team understands roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management system to maximize productivity and analyzes performance to recommend improvements.
• Handles building security, including locking and alarms after shift if needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with material handling programs and policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
