Dairy Farmers of America on site in Indiana seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead production in the cooler and caseroom. You will oversee loadout, trailer checks, and paperwork while maintaining records and using DMS systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least some supervisory aptitude; forklift certification is mandatory. The candidate will work as part of a team and report to the Cooler Manager.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and lead.
• Represent the company and follow guiding principles.

Responsabilidades

• Be a leader on the floor.
• Oversees loadout.
• Checks trailers, seals trailers, and handles required trailer/driver paperwork.
• Oversees production in cooler and caseroom.
• Maintains records.
• Performs basic DMS responsibilities; uses scanners.
• Maintains and assists with cooler inventory as needed.
• Assist with trailers and usage.
• Follow company guidelines and training.
• Work as a team player in a team atmosphere.
• Reports directly to Cooler Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
