Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN, seeks a manufacturing operator to run heavy fabrication equipment, monitor processes, and collaborate with the team to meet quality and output standards.

You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start on Friday, Saturday and Sunday beginning at 5:00 am and end 5:30 pm each day depending on production needs.

Your main tasks

• Operates a variety of heavy equipment and monitors processes to assure proper application of fabrication standards. Functions as a team member and contributes as much as possible to team projects.


• Performs troubleshooting processes and minor preventative maintenance on machines.


• Delivers on agreed volume, cost, waste and quality standards. Maintain equipment by following protocols and guidelines.


• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent


• Manufacturing experience

Physical Demands

• Able to lift to 35 lbs-70lbs.


• Able to Walk and/or stand for long periods of time


• Able to bend at waist


• Able reach above the shoulder level.
