Tasks

• Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special events
• Follow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food‑handling practices
• Work carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as needed
• Support a strong, team‑focused kitchen environment

Requirements

• Culinary experience in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Experience in fine dining, buffets, grill stations, or display cooking preferred
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven kitchen
