Job summary

Delaware North at Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in Cross Lanes, West Virginia, is hiring full-time Cooks to prepare high-quality food across venues such as The French Quarter or the Food Court. Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor’s assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and following sanitation guidelines.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Work cooperatively with team members and management
• Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time Cooks to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. With opportunities available in multiple dining venues, including The French Quarter or the Food Court, this role offers the chance to work in a variety of culinary environments while building valuable experience. As a Cook, you will play an important role in preparing quality food for guests, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Pay

$14.00 – $16.00 / hour
