Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role preferred.
• Personable and genuine demeanor with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders correctly.
• Help customers understand menu items and answer questions.
• Bake cookies and ensure correct delivery orders.
• Handle cash and maintain an organized bakery.
