Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Cookie Production Worker to support production, packaging and quality processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork to ensure products meet customer expectations and food safety standards.

You will perform multiple production-line tasks, inspect products, maintain cleanliness, and rotate positions as needed to meet production goals. Prior packaging and food handling experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform job duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and shoulder movements.
• Ability to use both hands effectively while performing production tasks.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow GMPs, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production line duties to support manufacturing operations.
• Manually handle products throughout the production and packaging process.
• Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through proper housekeeping practices.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisory instructions.
• Support different production lines and work areas based on operational needs.
• Perform cupping and packaging responsibilities in a conveyor belt production environment.
• Separate and place paper cups while accurately filling each cup with the required number of cookies.
• Rotate work positions and sides of the production line as assigned.
• Meet production, quality, and safety expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform repetitive hand, arm, and shoulder movements throughout the shift.
• Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
