Job summary

Campbell's Cookie Production Worker role is part of a fast-paced manufacturing team dedicated to high-quality cookies. You will support production, packaging, and quality processes to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will follow GMPs and food safety standards while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to daily instructions. The role involves standing for long periods, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to perform duties.
• Able to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Capable of performing repetitive hand, arm and shoulder movements.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line duties to support manufacturing operations.
• Manually handle products during production and packaging.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality.
• Rotate line positions and support different work areas.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with packaging duties and cupping on conveyor belts.
