Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Relief Production Operator to ensure production continuity across cookie processing, packaging, robotics, and other manufacturing areas at our Richmond, UT site. You will set up, run, monitor, and adjust equipment, while maintaining safety, quality, and timely data entry.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of production experience, and ability to lift and perform physically demanding work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing or production experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to safely set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform job duties.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and production functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying assignments, scheduled coverage, overtime, and weekend shifts.
• Commitment to food safety, GMP compliance, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coverage across production, packaging, robotics, and other areas.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Support cookie processing, packaging, robotics, and other functions as assigned.
• Perform production worker and cupping duties when relief coverage is not needed.
• Meet cupping performance and quality standards and maintain records.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and follow GMP guidelines.
• Handle materials safely and perform heavy lifting as required.
• Adapt to changing schedules, products, lines, and priorities.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry accurately and timely.
