Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Richmond, Utah is seeking a Cookie Production Worker to support production, packaging, and quality processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow GMPs, prioritize safety and quality, rotate lines, and work on a conveyor belt to cup and package cookies, ensuring consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English to perform duties safely.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Follow GMPs, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production line duties to support manufacturing operations.
• Manually handle products during packaging process.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Rotate positions on the line as assigned.
• Meet production, quality, and safety expectations in a fast-paced environment.
