Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a friendly Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to deliver orders and help in the bakery. You’ll greet guests, keep orders moving, and provide warm, memorable experiences for customers.

You'll split time between driving and assisting in the bakery, with availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with tips, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle meeting company requirements.
• Current auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery apps.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely and with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ensure orders arrive warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS while driving safely.
• Greet guests in the bakery and provide helpful service.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing orders.
• Operate the register and handle guest transactions.
• Keep bakery clean, stocked, and food-safe.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to move orders quickly.
