Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Charlotte Downtown is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier to bring baked goods to customers with speed and care. You will be the face of the brand in the local community, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream to fans across the area and ensuring orders are accurate before leaving the store.

This role offers flexible part-time hours and the chance to earn daily pay with Pay-on-Demand. A bicycle is required, with a smartphone and reliable internet access to use the delivery app.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
