Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking an evening shift Delivery Driver for our Downtown Charlotte store at 210 E Trade St. You will deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to fans, and provide friendly customer service in-person or by phone.

You must have your own car, license, valid insurance, smartphone, and be eligible to work in the United States. This role offers flexible part-time schedules, with opportunities for growth and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the store's 2-mile delivery radius is a plus.
• Must have own car, license, valid registration and insurance.
• Must pass a motor vehicles background check and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service in-person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app according to company standards and provide status updates.
