Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Cookie Courier for our Madison, WI store. As the courier, you will be the face of delivery, bringing warm cookies and treats to fans with a focus on safety and timely service.

You will use our delivery app, check orders for accuracy, and provide friendly customer service to customers in person or by phone. A bicycle, smartphone with data, and eligibility to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must own a non-motorized bicycle in working order.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app and provide accurate status updates to customers.
