Insomnia Cookies in Boulder, CO is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be the friendly, quick-typing face of our late-night bakery. You’ll bake and package warm cookies, interact with guests warmly, and ensure every order is turned around accurately and promptly.

You'll work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience with a team that values hospitality, efficiency, and quality. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are available for motivated teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs
