Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is a lively bakery‑delivery concept known for late‑night service and a strong fan following. As a Cookie Crew Member you’ll help bake, package, and deliver warm cookies and treats, while delivering friendly, efficient guest experiences.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment after hours, engaging with guests, handling orders, and supporting a cohesive team to keep the line moving and orders accurate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
