Crumbl Cookies in Vestavia Hills, AL is hiring immediately for a Crew Member. You’ll assist customers, mix and ball dough, decorate cookies, and keep the store clean across 5 a.m. to midnight shifts, Monday through Saturday.

No experience required; must be 16+ with strong communication and time-management skills. You’ll help ensure top quality and safety while enjoying team-based growth opportunities and employee perks like 50% off cookies.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• No previous experience necessary.
• Strong communication, time & resource management, and planning skills.
• Attention to detail, especially with ingredients and product quality inspections.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to work independently or with others to plan schedules and fulfill orders.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
