Insomnia Cookies in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Cookie Crew Member to greet guests, bake cookies, and ensure warm, accurate delivery orders.

You'll work in a fast-paced bakery, join a fun team, and enjoy flexible scheduling, early wage access, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow into bakery leadership roles. This role requires 18+ eligibility, ability to lift up to 40 lb, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery.
