Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring at our Boulder store located at 1203 13th Street Boulder, CO 80302. As a Cookie Crew Member, you’ll be the front‑line face for guests and also bake our warm, delicious cookies late into the night.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced bakery, performing tasks from greeting guests and taking orders to baking cookies, packing orders, and operating the register. Evening and weekend hours are common as part of our busy schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in‑store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food‑safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first‑time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
