Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver for the CU Boulder store at 1203 13th Street, Boulder, CO 80302. You will deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to fans, provide excellent customer service, and support bakery operations.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, ensuring warmth and accuracy, and using the delivery app per company standards. Must have a valid license, insured vehicle, smartphone, and be 18+ with availability evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the guest experience that keeps people coming back.
