Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver for our Cal Poly store in San Luis Obispo. You will deliver warm cookies and treats plus provide friendly customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions.

You'll split time between the bakery and the road, using Insomnia’s app to manage orders, and you’ll help with order prep, packaging, and occasional baking tasks. This role offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a welcoming team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own insured vehicle meeting company requirements.
• Current auto insurance meeting state minimums.
• Smartphone capable of running delivery apps.
• Available evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream in a timely, safe manner.
• Ensure orders arrive warm and complete.
• Provide friendly customer service in-person or by phone.
• Use delivery app to provide status updates to customers per company standards.
• Drive safely using GPS and delivery technology.
• Assist with bakery tasks and order preparation.
• Operate the bakery register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean and food-safe.
