Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to deliver warm cookies and create memorable moments at customers' doors. You’ll split time between bakery duties and on‑the‑road deliveries, providing friendly service and handling orders with care.

As part of the bakery team, you’ll assist with packing, prep, and guest interactions while staying committed to our friendly, fast-paced environment. Availability during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm and complete.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safety practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with the bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Create a guest experience that keeps people coming back.
