Insomnia Cookies is hiring for the Cookie Crew position at their OU store in Norman, OK. As a team member, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and responsible for baking warm cookies. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take orders.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our OU store located at 758 Asp Ave Norman, OK 73069, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers and bake all of our warm and delicious cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
