Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring for a Cookie Crew member at our Sugar Land, TX store opening. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu items, bake cookies, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and warmly.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with opportunities for growth and employee perks. Roles require at least 6 months of customer service experience, strong communication, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lb.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational and math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Give customers a warm experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and at the present time, we are actively interviewing Cookie Crew for our brand-new Sugar Land, TX! This new store opening will be located at 2270 Lone Star Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77479! As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
