Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Phoenixville is seeking a part-time team member to greet guests, take orders, bake fresh cookies, and assist with delivery orders. You will provide a warm, friendly guest experience in the store and over the phone while helping maintain a clean, efficient bakery environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service, strong communication and math skills, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders per procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream as needed.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Phoenixville store located at 150 Bridge St Phoenixville PA 19460, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
