Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Oxford, MS is seeking a friendly Cookie Crew team member to greet guests, take orders, bake cookies, and help deliver a warm, memorable experience. Flexible part-time schedules and a supportive team environment are offered.

Responsibilities include taking orders, assisting customers, baking cookies, scooping ice cream, and maintaining a clean bakery. Prior customer-service experience is preferred; must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Able to greet guests, take orders and ensure accuracy.

• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders per procedure.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream to order.
• Package and deliver fast, warm orders with attention to detail.
• Handle cash accurately with no shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Oxford store located at 303 S Lamar Blvd Oxford, MS 38655, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome warm and delicious cookies as well!

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
