Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Marlton, NJ is hiring for the Cookie Crew at our brand-new store location. You will greet guests, process orders, explain menu items, and ensure warm, memorable service while baking cookies to perfection and packing orders for delivery or pickup.

The role offers flexible part-time schedules, daily pay, paid vacation and sick time, pet insurance options, and comprehensive training with mentorship.

• Good numerical ability for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to store procedure.
• Explain menu items and clarify orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
• Package and deliver orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash, payments, and balance tills.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area.

Insomnia Cookies is rapidly expanding. We are actively interviewing Cookie Crew for our brand new Marlton, NJ location at 500 Route 73 S, Suite D15, Marlton, NJ 08053.

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
