Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring for a Cookie Crew member at our Bethlehem location. You will be the frontline ambassador, greeting guests, taking orders, and baking our cookies to perfection with care.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, packaging orders, handling cash, and maintaining a clean bakery environment. Benefits include flexible part-time schedules, daily pay, and paid time off. Must be 18+ and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-service focused role (preferred).
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
• Customer-service oriented with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and confirm orders.
• Provide a warm experience in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies to perfection and offer a scoop of ice cream.
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
• Handle cash and payments accurately, preventing shortages or overages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will be the point person at the front of the store for interacting with customers and will also bake our warm and delicious cookies.
