Job Responsibilities:

1. Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
2. Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
3. Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
4. Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
5. Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
6. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
• Customer service focus and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
