Located at 603 E Grand River Avenue East Lansing, MI 48823, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you'll be the ultimate Insomniac. You'll serve as the front-line ambassador for our store, engaging with customers, and baking our delicious cookies!

What Else Will I Do as a Member of the Cookie Crew?

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Create a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for the bakery
