Job Location and Role

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Cincinnati store located at 216 Calhoun St Cincinnati, OH 45219, you will be the main point of contact for customer interactions and also get to bake our delicious cookies!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders promptly
• Assist customers with menu questions and ensure order accuracy
• Create a warm, friendly experience for customers
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream
• Package and send out delivery orders efficiently
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
