Located at 704 South Illinois Ave, Carbondale, IL 62901, as a member of our Cookie Crew, you will be the friendly face greeting customers and the talented baker creating our warm, delicious cookies!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items and ensure order accuracy
• Create a warm experience with a smile, in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
• Package and send out fast, warm, and correct delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
