Crumbl is seeking a hardworking Baker in Naperville, IL to join our kitchen team. You will bake our weekly rotating cookies, follow company recipes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. No prior baking experience is required as training is provided.

Work is fast-paced and collaborative, with opportunities for advancement; you’ll lift up to 50 lbs and ensure quality from prep to finish while delivering friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required — we’ll train you!
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Crumbl’s signature cookies according to company recipes and standards
• Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely
• Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
• Provide excellent customer service when needed
