No prior baking experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll learn to measure ingredients, operate ovens safely, and contribute to a clean, efficient kitchen while delivering great customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required — we’ll train you!
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Crumbl’s signature cookies according to company recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely.
• Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas.
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service when needed.
