Crumbl is hiring a baker in Naperville, IL. You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, bringing our weekly rotating menu of cookies to life in a fast-paced, hands-on role. No prior baking experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow with our team.

Expect to prepare, bake, and decorate cookies, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required — we’ll train you!
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Crumbl’s signature cookies according to company recipes and standards
• Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy and consistency
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely
• Assist with dough preparation, portioning, and decorating
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels
• Provide excellent customer service when needed
